A Brazilian city, located at the heart of the Southeastern region, Rio de Janeiro is named as the most beautiful city in South America. With its 2 million foreign tourists and 5 million local ones, this metropolitan is indeed worthy of the title.

Well, just among the top visited sites are the Statue of Christ Redeemer, a prominent structure on top of the Corcovado Mountain and is now one of the Seven Wonders of the World; Sugar Loaf Cable Car, one of the first cable cars in the world which is a great way to see Rio de Janeiro; Samba City, a new addition to the city’s infrastructure which was built to acknowledge the city’s sacredness, being the birthplace of Carioca Samba.

Near Ipanema is Capoeira, a lane famous for Brazilian hand-crafts, musical instruments and the Street Carnival.
Also, don’t miss to visit Copacabana, a small fishing village turned great when the Copacabana Palace Hotel was established. The resort divides this village into two beaches, Copacabana beach and Leme beach.
